We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries.
In Sweden, children's rights work takes place primarily through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate around 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand stores in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus as possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen.

Description:
As a payroll administrator, you are responsible for ensuring correct and timely payroll management in accordance with applicable laws, collective agreements, internal policies and guidelines throughout Erikshjälpen. Your role involves close collaboration with HR, finance and managers as well as contact with authorities and external parties. The position is full-time 100%.

Manage and quality-assure the entire payroll process from documentation to payment
Registration and control of working time, schedule changes and various types of absences
Interpretation and application of collective agreements and applicable laws
Issue employer certificates
Reporting to various authorities
Support managers with payroll-related questions, preparation of materials for financial statements, audits and statistical reporting
Reports to HR
Secure handling of personal data in accordance with GDPR
Other administrative tasks may be added
Qualifications:
You:
have documented experience in payroll administration, preferably 5 years
have relevant high school diploma or equivalent education from a vocational college
have good knowledge of Swedish tax legislation, labor law and collective agreements
have good experience with personnel and payroll systems, preferably Flex HRM/Kontek
have good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written
are experienced working in different systems, especially in Microsoft Office programs
