Payroll/HR Administrator – Jämtland Region

Operational role in payroll and personnel administration for someone who works meticulously, with a service-oriented approach, and independently. We're looking for you to be available for upcoming consulting assignments where your expertise can quickly make a difference in a professional and community-focused operation. The exact content, scope, and working methods vary between assignments. Main Responsibilities Register and quality-assure payroll and personnel information Manage employment changes, absences, vacation, and certificates Answer questions from managers and employees Conduct controls before payroll processing Work with personnel registers, reports, and administrative follow-up Requirements for the Role At least 2 years of current experience in payroll or HR administration Experience with payroll management and personnel data Good understanding of collective agreements, vacation, absences, and employment conditions Good IT proficiency and very good Swedish Meritorious Experience from municipality or region Experience with larger payroll or HR systems Experience providing support to managers and employees Who We're Looking For Meticulous, stable, and service-oriented with good ability to prioritize when handling multiple matters simultaneously. Workplace and Setup Assignments are located in the Jämtland Region and may involve on-site work at the facility, hybrid arrangements, or in some cases remote work. For certain roles, travel within the region may occur. The exact workplace, working hours, and practical setup are always presented before you decide on a specific assignment.
