About the role
As a Facilities Attendant, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that reflects a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's facilities, as well as other tasks that may arise such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care.
The position is full-time, permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. We may also be recruiting part-time employees at a reduced service level. The work location is Visby.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who are service-oriented, responsive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role as a company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can provide suggestions for improvements to the customer. It is important that you listen to the customer's needs. You have a talent for building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups.
We would like to see that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you speak Swedish fluently. A driver's license for a passenger car is a requirement.
