Roslagsbostäder is seeking facilities cleaners for Norrtälje and Rimbo As a facilities cleaner at Roslagsbostäder, you play an important role in providing excellent service to our tenants. You are responsible for creating a clean and attractive environment for our tenants by cleaning the stairwells in your assigned properties according to a regular weekly schedule. While you are part of a team with close contact to colleagues and your immediate supervisor, you are also the face of Roslagsbostäder in your interactions with our tenants. Your primary responsibilities include cleaning stairwells for Roslagsbostäder, but you will also assist with apartment cleaning, cleaning of our office spaces, and construction site cleaning when situations arise where your qualifications are needed. You will need a driver's license, but Roslagsbostäder provides the company vehicle. Regular weekly inspections and any cleaning-related maintenance requests are handled through our property management system via computer or phone app. Material orders are also managed via computer, so computer skills are required. We are looking for you who: · are an engaged service-oriented person with genuine interest in creating a clean and attractive environment for our tenants · have a positive attitude and are helpful to both tenants and colleagues · are thorough and take professional pride in keeping the stairwells and residential environment clean and attractive · work independently and can communicate with our tenants in Swedish · have previous experience with stairwell cleaning or similar work. Knowledge of floor care is advantageous. · have a driver's license for cars (Category B) We offer: · Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. · Full-time position, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday. · Collective agreement. · 25 days vacation per year. · Wellness hour and wellness benefit.
