About the Role
As a Facilities Attendant, you and your colleagues play an important role in creating the overall experience in our customers' facilities. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You primarily work with cleaning the customer's facilities, as well as other tasks such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care.
The position is part-time, 30 hours per week, permanent employment with an initial six-month trial period.

Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. It's important that you're attentive to the customer's needs. You're good at building positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. You also have the ability to collaborate, as work can be both individual and team-based.
We'd like to see experience from service professions or industry experience. It's important that you speak Swedish fluently and are a Swedish citizen, which is a customer requirement. A high school diploma is required. A driver's license is required.
