A clean and well-maintained preschool is essential for both the children's and staff's work environment, and we view facilities management as a crucial part of the whole. Job Responsibilities As a facilities custodian, you are responsible for maintaining our facilities to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The work includes daily cleaning of preschool spaces such as classroom areas, bathrooms, staff rooms, and common areas. You work independently according to established routines and cleaning schedules, while maintaining close collaboration with other staff members at the preschool. Your work involves planning and organizing your tasks so that facilities management runs smoothly alongside educational activities. You will work in an environment where children spend much of the day. This means you need to adapt your work to the activities and understand the special requirements for hygiene, safety, and conduct specific to a preschool setting. As an employee, you'll receive a wellness allowance of 3,000 kronor per year. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience in facilities management. Education in facilities management is a plus. Experience in facilities management in preschools, schools, or other public operations is also advantageous. You need to understand and follow instructions, routines, and safety regulations, and communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing. For us, your approach and attitude are just as important as your experience. You are responsible, thorough, and able to independently plan your work. You see what needs to be done and take responsibility for completing tasks with good quality.
