Guldnyckeln's portfolio consists of approximately 40 properties located in the beautiful archipelago municipality of Valdemarsvik. The portfolio includes approximately 320 rental apartments as well as commercial spaces and community properties at three locations. The company was founded in 1996 and has grown both geographically and in terms of the number of properties over the years. Today, Guldnyckeln is owned by Livi Fastigheter AB in Stockholm. Livi owns, manages, and develops properties with a long-term economic and sustainable perspective. The company is active throughout the entire value chain, from acquisition and project development to rental management, property management, and value creation.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Facilities Caretaker at Guldnyckeln, you play an important role in creating clean, well-maintained, and welcoming environments for our tenants. You work in our properties and are part of our external face. Your main responsibilities include ongoing cleaning and maintenance of stairwells, laundry rooms, and other common areas. The position may also include cleaning of commercial spaces, move-out cleaning, and other cleaning tasks within our property portfolio. You plan much of your work independently and are responsible for maintaining a high standard in your areas. Since you spend a lot of time in our properties, you are also attentive to things that need attention and inform the rest of the team when you discover faults or deficiencies. Our shared focus is satisfied tenants and well-maintained properties. QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance
Can work independently and plan your daily work
Is familiar with using cleaning tools, cleaning agents, and basic cleaning equipment
Can work efficiently while maintaining high quality
Has good knowledge of Swedish
Holds a Class B driver's license
