JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The service unit's task is to operate facilities maintenance and catering kitchen operations in our school activities as well as municipal activities and facilities. As a facilities maintenance worker, you work close to the customer with daily cleaning, extensive cleaning, and floor care in the municipality's premises. Work takes place both individually and in groups. Travel between different work sites occurs. You are employed in the department with a placement at Hasslö School and Preschool. The department is undergoing a transformation process, therefore we are looking for you who are positive, curious, and want to contribute to developing our working methods. QUALIFICATIONS Be able to communicate well in Swedish language in both speech and writing At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance Driver's license Class B driver's license and access to your own vehicle Sry/Pryl Training Computer skills Good digital skills, extra advantageous if you have worked in digital systems for facilities maintenance We are looking for a problem solver who can analyze situations, identify solutions, and develop effective, implementable strategies to overcome challenges.
