You find it easy to collaborate, but also enjoy working independently without needing someone to tell you exactly what to do. You don't need to share our faith, but you are comfortable working in a religious and social organization and treat people with respect regardless of background. Humor and humility are welcome – we think life becomes easier when we can laugh together even on a dark Monday morning.
