Our facilities supply unit is growing and we are now looking for a local coordinator who wants to contribute to the municipality's long-term facilities supply. The unit has overall responsibility for identifying, planning and coordinating the operations' needs for premises, facilities and housing. We are a small and committed unit that works closely together and values collaboration, knowledge exchange and shared responsibility. The Facilities Supply Unit is part of the City Executive Office's finance department and currently consists of one unit manager, three facilities strategists and two local coordinators.
Duties
As a local coordinator, you will work together with the facilities strategists to support the municipality's operations within facilities supply and you will collaborate, among others, with the municipality's companies for operational properties. The role involves leading and coordinating needs assessments linked to facilities projects, you are also responsible for decision-making procedures as well as ordering and monitoring these projects. Furthermore, you participate in drawing up lease agreements and boundary lists and cooperate with operations on various facilities and property matters. The assignment also includes participating in facility utilization analyses and contributing to development work, for example through the creation and development of functional programs.
Qualifications
We are looking for you with:
- relevant university education or education from a university college in property management, property economics/law or other education that we consider equivalent.
- several years of experience working in facilities supply and construction projects.
- good Swedish in speech and writing
- very good knowledge of the Office package.
We consider it a merit if you have previously worked in a politically governed organization.
