Then we have an exciting position for you! We are now looking for a service-oriented and structured person for a logistics support assignment at Stena Recycling in Jönköping. In this role, you will have a major focus on data quality and system understanding in connection with a system change. You will provide support to affected regions in identifying, correcting, and quality-assuring data directly in the business/case management system. The work is detail-intensive, requires independent decision-making, and the ability to understand how actions impact the bigger picture. You will have an important role in the implementation and system change that will be carried out. You will familiarize yourself with Stena Recycling's business to be able to quality-assure the data that will be transferred from the old to the new system. The role also involves working within logistics support where you are a key person in the daily logistics flow. You are responsible for receiving and weighing incoming and outgoing material flows, both locally and remotely at multiple branches in the region. You work closely with production personnel on-site and also support sales and other functions with questions regarding transport and logistics. A large part of the work is administrative, where you handle transport documents, create documentation for financial documents, and follow up on any discrepancies. This is a full-time position with working hours 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday. Start is immediate and the assignment runs until October 2027, with good possibility for extension. You will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but work on-site at Stena Recycling in Jönköping.
