Logistics Planner for Defense Industry Assignment

Job Description: In your role as a Logistics Planner, your work is critical to ensuring an efficient production chain and enabling timely customer deliveries. To ensure that the right materials are in place at the right time, you will conduct thorough forecasting both in the short and long term. You will work cross-functionally with other internal departments as well as externally with customers and suppliers. Examples of duties: Create purchase requisitions for materials. Establish spare parts forecasts. Manage customer orders for spare parts. Prepare for and participate in value stream planning meetings. Develop analytical tools and streamline work processes to improve forecast accuracy. This assignment requires you to undergo a security interview and be approved according to applicable regulations. The assignment also entails certain citizenship requirements. Who are you? We are looking for you with relevant higher education in Supply Chain or similar. You have at least 2 years of experience working as a Logistics Planner and you are proficient in Microsoft Excel. If you have prior experience working in SAP, this is a merit. We primarily value your personality and believe you are a solution-oriented person with strong analytical skills. You work equally well independently and in groups, and you have the ability to develop teams and build networks. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
