We are hiring a Logistics Specialist (passenger transportation coordinator) in Valmiera! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning, organizing, and coordinating irregular passenger transportation. Active collaboration with legal entities and individuals (customer service, preparing quotations), attracting new clients. Participation in procurement and preparation of necessary documentation. Collaboration with advertising agencies regarding advertisement placement on buses. Monitoring and analyzing bus drivers' working and rest time in specialized software. Registering insurance claims (OCTA / KASKO), filing claims, and liaising with insurance companies until compensation is received. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Excellent skills in MS Office (especially Excel for data processing and Word). Desired experience in logistics, transportation sector, or fleet administration. Desired professional competence certificate in the passenger transportation field. Desired experience with insurance claim filing. High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and ability to respond quickly to non-standard situations. THE COMPANY OFFERS: Salary of EUR 1900 (gross) and social benefits.
