We are therefore seeking an engaged LMS specialist who wants to be part of building a learning organization in Sollentuna Municipality. The LMS specialist will play a key role in ensuring that our learning platform functions optimally for both users and educators. You will work closely with the municipality's LMS strategist and other individuals in the organization who contribute to the course offerings to create a smooth and efficient learning experience.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to turn creative ideas into engaging and interactive educational solutions. Your main responsibilities include developing our LMS system and contributing to the creation of educational designs, learning journeys, and courses based on the organization's needs. You will support the organization in creating interactive courses and identify how AI can be used to strengthen the learning experience. The role also includes providing user support, administering user accounts, and serving as the point of contact with the system provider.
You are responsible for monitoring and analyzing user data and compiling statistics to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the platform meets the organization's needs. Furthermore, you will collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement new features and updates. The role includes quality assuring courses in collaboration with training managers, course developers, and content specialists. You are also expected to stay updated on new trends and developments in digital learning and suggest relevant improvements.

Qualifications
You need previous experience administering and developing a learning platform in an advisory role. The role requires that you are service-oriented, structured, thorough, and have pedagogical and creative abilities to help develop training programs. You will be the first point of contact for users who encounter problems or have questions about the learning platform, which means you need to have good communication skills and be able to explain technical solutions in a pedagogical manner. You need to be confident in your professional role, have an easy time building trust with your collaborators, and have good collaboration skills. Therefore, great weight is placed on personal qualities.
Knowledge of data protection and experience analyzing user data are considered merits.
