Food Production Worker for Meat and Charcuterie Production in Hofors

We are seeking a careful and responsible team member for our food production facility in Hofors. Jaroslav's Rökeri i Hofors AB is a small, growing company with its own production of smoked and dried meat products, charcuterie, sausages, and jerky. The work is varied and includes handling of meat and other raw materials, sausage production, jerky production, smoking and drying, as well as some fish handling. The role also includes slicing, weighing, packaging and labeling of products, as well as cleaning of equipment and production facilities. We are looking for someone who is practically minded, careful, and responsible, and who can work both independently and collaboratively with others. Previous experience with meat, charcuterie, or food production is desirable, but the most important thing is that you are motivated, willing to learn, and have the right attitude toward the work.
