Start date by agreement. Independent work in brake lining production. Work at a press machine (training provided, we're happy to teach you everything). Following pressing instructions, meeting daily quota of press strokes, and completing production reports. Basic reading of technical documentation and its practical application. Quality control of basic loose pressing mixture, changing individual molds according to brake lining type, and measuring pressed friction segments with calipers. Series and custom production. Work suitable primarily for women - working as part of a team of female operators in the pressing department. Knowledge of working with technical measuring tools and good judgment is an advantage. Need for willingness to learn and manual dexterity is required. Work in single-shift operation, non-smoking environment, no night shifts, working hours 7:00 - 15:30.
