Press Operator (Press Machine Operation) Looking for stable work with above-standard pay and shift certainty? RIGUM s.r.o. is expanding production and would be happy to train you - no experience necessary. What awaits you • Operating pressing and vulcanizing machines • Manufacturing and pressing rubber products • Quality control of finished products • Simple material handling Shifts that make sense • Continuous operation (12-hour shifts) • 2× morning → 2× night → 4 days off, extended time off after each cycle What we need from you • Manual dexterity • Reliability and willingness to work • Willingness to work shifts • Clean criminal record • Experience not required - we'll teach you everything What you'll get • Salary 45,000 - 65,000 Kč • Recruitment bonus up to 60,000 Kč • Performance bonuses • Meal allowance • Parking in the facility • Thorough training • Job security in a stable company • Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension Start immediately possible.
