Department Description
As a line technician, you'll be part of the G11 production line in Grängesberg, where we fill beer, cider, and soft drinks into cans. The line is a vital part of our brewery, and here you'll work closely with both operators and technicians to ensure stable, safe, and efficient production with high quality.
The department has about 20 engaged employees who together ensure that production runs smoothly around the clock. The work is characterized by collaboration, technical development, and a shared drive to continuously find smarter solutions. As a line technician, you'll have a varied daily routine with significant responsibility, where troubleshooting, improvement work, and problem-solving are natural parts of the job.
We work in 3-shift rotation and offer a dynamic work environment where technology, teamwork, and development are in focus. Here you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the production and delivery of millions of beverages with the quality that Spendrups is known for.
Your Role
In your role as line technician, you'll function as a technical specialist on the line. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical service for the machines on the line. Your role will include:
Working to maintain the line's efficiency
Optimizing format changeovers and related fine-tuning on the line
Conducting operator technical training on the line
Being the first technician on site to solve urgent problems
Having comprehensive knowledge of technical issues/deficiencies on our lines
Creating service requests/work orders in the maintenance system to initiate planned measures
Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes
We're looking for someone with:
Upper secondary education in electrical work, automation, maintenance, or equivalent technical training
Good computer skills and the ability to quickly understand technical documentation
Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
B-category driver's license
Merits for the position:
