About the Role As a consultant with us, you work on-site at our clients on assignments where quality and regulatory compliance are central. You become part of our consultant team while also being part of the client's operations, and we're always there to support you throughout the assignment. Today we work with both small and large companies in Pharma and Medtech, with development and manufacturing in Uppsala. As a consultant at Mpya Sci & Tech, you get a secure employment, favorable terms, and exciting assignments where you both develop and are challenged. Based on your experience and interests, you'll be matched to assignments in areas such as: QA – Quality assurance, deviation management, and quality documentation. Analytical Development – method development, method validation, CMC, Tech Transfer, chromatography, and/or bioanalysis. Process Development – process optimization, process validation, deviation investigation, and Change Control. Validation/Qualification – process, equipment, and computerized systems (IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV). You don't necessarily need experience in all areas – if you have specialized expertise in one or more, we're interested in you. We'll match you to assignments that fit your profile and support you in what drives you forward. Who Are You? You thrive in environments where structure and quality are in focus, but where there's also room for flexibility, collaboration, and finding solutions together. You're used to working in regulated operations and feel confident taking responsibility, driving your work, and quickly getting up to speed in new contexts. At the same time, you're communicative, curious, and build trust through a professional and unpretentious approach. We'd like to see that you have: Relevant academic education in Life Science (e.g., pharmacy, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, etc.) Several years of experience from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry in one or more of the areas mentioned above. Practical experience working in a GMP- and/or ISO13485-regulated environment. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience in project management and coordinating roles is a plus.
