As Supplier Manager Motor Claims at Länsförsäkring Kronoberg, you'll play a central role in ensuring the right quality, service, and cost in the company's claims handling. About the position The Claims Service business area within Länsförsäkring Kronoberg is continuously developing, and we are now seeking a Supplier Manager Motor Claims. In this role, you are responsible for procuring and developing agreements for the goods and services needed to repair and replace motor claims, based on the needs of customers and the claims operations. You'll have significant responsibility and become an important part of ensuring that the company's supplier partnerships maintain high quality and create the best possible value for the customer and Länsförsäkring Kronoberg in line with the agreed strategy. The role is both commercial and operational. You work across the entire chain from procurement and negotiation to implementation, monitoring, and development of agreements. You ensure that suppliers deliver according to agreed terms and that the claims operations use the agreements as intended. You have the ability to translate strategic objectives into operational activities. An important part of your assignment is to develop and nurture long-term supplier relationships. You meet entrepreneurs and partners with an understanding of their business, while clearly setting requirements for quality, service, delivery, and cost. You are responsible for ensuring that agreements include clear terms regarding price, delivery time, service, processes, repair methods, liability, internal controls, monitoring, and auditing. The role also includes ensuring that procurement policies, procurement processes, ethical requirements, and relevant laws and regulations are followed. You will also collaborate with other companies within the Länsförsäkringsgruppen on procurement matters and participate in relevant reference groups. You'll also be part of the company's joint procurement forum. The position is based in Växjö. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience in procurement, negotiation, and supplier relationships who thrives in a role where commercial acumen is combined with quality, relationships, and customer focus. Your background could be in insurance, motor claims, procurement, purchasing, automotive, or workshop operations. The most important thing is that you have solid commercial understanding, are experienced in negotiating and creating long-term partnerships, and have the ability to understand the business's needs. Experience from the insurance industry is a merit, preferably with relevant certification. Experience from motor claims operations, the automotive industry, or workshop operations is also an advantage. We also welcome candidates with a strong background in procurement and supplier management who see the opportunity to build on their competence in the motor claims area.
