Coffee Center is looking for a delivery and service associate who can work a couple of fixed days per week. You'll drive our planned delivery routes from Uppsala and visit companies in the surrounding area.
What does the job involve?
You're responsible for ensuring our customers receive their coffee and other break room supplies on schedule. During delivery, you'll also perform hygiene service on the customer's coffee machines.
The work includes:
Loading the vehicle for the day's route.
Driving to our customers and delivering coffee, chocolate, tea, and other products.
Performing hygiene service and cleaning of coffee machines.
Checking that the machines look good and function properly.
Noticing any faults or discrepancies and reporting them to us.
Meeting our customers in a friendly and professional manner.
You work largely independently and follow a pre-planned route. This isn't a technician job with advanced repairs, but you need to be hands-on and comfortable cleaning and handling coffee machines.
Working Hours and Scope
This is a part-time hourly position that works well if you want to work a few fixed days each week.
1–3 fixed routes per week, with the possibility of extra work during sick leave, parental leave, and similar situations.
Routes are planned in advance. We don't operate on a setup where we call at 07:00 and require you to start the same morning. If you help with extra coverage, we typically have the ability to reschedule the route to, for example, the following day.
A typical workday is approximately 07:30–16:30 and departs from Coffee Center at Gnistagatan 8 in Uppsala.
Who are we looking for?
We believe you:
Have a B-class driver's license and feel confident behind the wheel.
Can work independently and take responsibility for completing the route.
Are thorough and understand the importance of good hygiene.
Enjoy meeting customers and make a good impression.
Can handle physical work that includes lifting boxes and products.
Can work at least 1–2 fixed weekdays per week.
Previous experience in delivery, service, or customer contact is a plus but not required. The right attitude, reliability, and sense of responsibility matter more.
