No. 90000068977, announces a competition for a vacant academic position: FACULTY OF NATURAL SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY, Institute of Biomaterials and Bioengineering for one (1) LECTURER position (0.1 workload) – Field: 2. Engineering Sciences and Technology, 2.5. Materials Science, Subfield: Biomaterials Requirements: Doctoral degree in Engineering Sciences in Materials Science; experience in materials science and biomaterial technology; experience in teaching study courses in human anatomy and biological tissue structure; membrane technology; interaction of materials and biological environment; English language knowledge and skills at B1 level for performing international work duties. Gross monthly salary: 143.00 euro Candidates wishing to participate in the competition should send electronically (signed with a secure electronic signature) to the Department of Human and Organizational Development of Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte at e-mail ([email protected]): an application addressed to the Rector regarding participation in the competition; Curriculum Vitae indicating scientific, pedagogical, organizational work experience and a list of published works in the last 6 (six) years (it is recommended to attach the list of published works as a separate appendix), as well as other documents that the candidate wishes to attach to the application in order to more fully describe their qualifications; copies of documents confirming scientific/academic degrees or higher education and, if necessary, other documents as provided by the applicable regulations (for example, documents confirming state language proficiency level, etc.), presenting their originals if the candidate is participating in the competition at RTU for the first time and has not previously submitted copies of these documents to the Department of Human and Organizational Development. The competition deadline is one month from the date of publication of the announcement on the State Employment Agency website and in the National Scientific Activity Information System.
