We greet you together with Dr. Jan Pavel Novák, co-founder of Váš praktik clinics, and we would like to introduce you to our work, which we have been dedicated to every day since 2020.
Although we have grown, we still don't see ourselves as a chain, but as a team of doctors who work together in clinics and support each other. Today, we simply cannot imagine balancing work and family life any other way. Our team includes many amazing people who have lots of ideas, and everyone in medicine is passionate about something different—and that's how it should be. From our beginning and always, we have been a purely medical project where things are not run from afar in an office, but we personally work in clinics every day so that we constantly have new inspiration for what to improve.
We love our work, but we do it differently than is customary, and we have no intention of changing that. We want to build a friendly atmosphere with both current and new colleagues in our established clinics and those that are gradually coming.
? We operate in a so-called "dual clinic" model, which allows us to work in a way that feels natural to us. Cooperate, cover for each other, consult, and at the same time maintain oversight and control of our own work.
? For one full-time position, we count on approximately 1,600 patients. You won't be working alone—you'll rely on an experienced team of nurses, and we handle administration during work hours and strive to get you home on time.
We are looking for a new partner who we get along with both personally and professionally. Maybe someone you know already works with us—don't hesitate to ask them how things work here!
It doesn't matter whether you have certification, are in specialty training, are a fresh graduate, or are considering a change of field—we will help you with everything. We don't use stabilization agreements and a residency position is not a requirement. We are able to guide and develop doctors continuously throughout the entire year.
We don't like stereotypes, and with each doctor we always create a customized plan. We know how to work, treat patients, educate through our accreditations, support each other, celebrate every opportunity, and together build something we can look forward to and that makes sense.
We have been doing shared and team practices from the very beginning and have extensive experience with them.
Doctors are the indispensable foundation of our clinics, which every day provide quality care to more than forty-five thousand registered patients in clinics in Prague, Beroun, Králův Dvůr, Lázně Toušeň, Poděbrady, Kolín, Hradec Králové, Stěžery, Chrudim, Přelouč, Prosek, and Luž.
What We Offer
41,000 CZK net (graduate)
101-116,000 CZK net (certified physician)
30 clinic hours per week = full-time position
no night shifts or overtime
approx. 1,600 patients per doctor
strong nursing team—we share the workload
courses and internships covered (including specialty training)
5 weeks vacation
flexible work schedule arrangement
We operate in outpatient clinics of general practitioners without night shifts and overtime.
