Valora is seeking a licensed nurse for a full-time position in municipal health and medical care in Umeå. We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, works independently, and has a professional approach toward patients, relatives, and colleagues. About the Assignment You will be based at a team office in Umeå and provide care services in patients' homes. Your work tasks consist of standard nursing work at the primary care level. Examples of work tasks: Medication management and dosette box preparation Wound dressing Sample collection Management of PICC-lines and central catheters Intravenous nutrition Documentation and follow-up of care services The assignment is full-time. Work is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Night shifts are not included. We Are Looking for You If: You are a licensed nurse Have a Class B driver's license Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Can work independently and take responsibility Can provide two written references from your professional field, at least one from a supervisor It Is Advantageous If You: Have advanced training as a district nurse Have experience working in elderly care or home health care Have knowledge of the Treserva medical records system Have experience with similar work tasks For the assignment, you will need to provide valid professional credentials. If you have specialist training, you will also need to provide your specialist certificate.
