About the Position In Medication Support, your work tasks will include: - serving as contact person for a number of care units and being responsible for ordering, unpacking, and monitoring shelf life of medications in medication storage areas - revising basic assortments in medication dispensers, medications on shelves and in fluid carts - monitoring consumption patterns, therapy changes, procured medications, and current inventory - being responsible for the unit's needs and knowing which medications are particularly critical - monitoring and supporting the unit during shortage situations and recalls The unit operates across the hospital and your primary workplace will be in Huddinge. This means you may need to work at the other site depending on operational needs. We are Looking for You Who: - are relationship-building and interested in working in a hospital environment - are driven by helping others and strive to deliver solutions - adapt easily to changed circumstances and have good collaboration skills - have strong personal leadership and enjoy working both independently and in a group - are thorough, responsible, and skilled at structuring your own work Qualifications Requirements: - Licensed pharmacist - Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious: - Previous work within hospital pharmacy - Experience with medication supply in hospitals - Good knowledge of MS Office, Visma proceedo, Omnicell, and Clockwork Great weight will be placed on personal qualities.
