About the Position
As a teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction based on current educational guidelines and students' varying needs and circumstances.
You work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, and actively contribute to developing instruction and our shared operations.
The role includes, among other things:
planning and delivering instruction based on subject and course syllabi
adapting instruction, materials, and methods to the group's and individual's needs
creating a safe and inclusive learning environment with good study conditions
monitoring students' development and progress
creating and assessing examinations
assigning grades
documenting and administering within the scope of the teaching role
analyzing results and taking relevant pedagogical measures
collaborating with colleagues and, when the assignment requires it, external parties
contributing to the development of our instructional methods and our digital learning and work environment
Who Are We Looking For?
We seek you as a certified teacher with qualifications in Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language, and/or English.
You have strong subject knowledge and an understanding of adult learning. You can adapt your instruction to different needs, circumstances, and learning styles, and you view digital tools as a natural part of instruction.
It is advantageous if you have experience with:
adult education
flexible and digital learning
working in a multicultural and multilingual environment
