RESPONSIBILITIES
As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for leading the goal-oriented processes in education based on the governing documents. The work includes pedagogical work with child groups, planning education, documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of education according to established goals and guidelines.
Together with your team, you are responsible for implementing education at the preschool, both individually and in groups.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a preschool teacher degree and teacher certification. You are well familiar with the preschool's governing documents and develop the work at the preschool in accordance with these.
You are open, driven, and have good communication skills with children, colleagues, and guardians. As a person, you are conscientious and have a talent for building trust. You see collaboration as an integral part of your work and enjoy sharing your experiences and knowledge, while remaining open to new approaches.
Since good communication is crucial for success in this position, it is a requirement that you have a strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is permanent, but a probationary period may be applied.
