A Brief Overview of CREATIVE KIDS FÖRSKOLA/PRESCHOOL
Creative Kids Förskola/Preschool is a Swedish/English-speaking preschool. At our preschool, we work thematically to stimulate children's early learning. Through joyful, exploratory, and creative activities, we create conditions for development, curiosity, and a lifelong interest in learning. We also organize many cultural outings, such as visits to theaters and museums. You will work at a small, family-oriented preschool with small groups of children. We currently have approximately 32 children at the preschool divided into two groups, which creates good conditions for close relationships with both children and guardians. You will be part of an engaged team alongside two experienced and competent childcare assistants. The preschool has an excellent location with a tram stop right outside, making it easy to commute to and from work.

Your Responsibilities
As a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for leading and developing the pedagogical work in the children's group based on the preschool's curriculum. You plan, implement, document, and follow up on activities together with your team.
Our preschool places great emphasis on "interaction," so that each child is met where they are right now. Every child should feel seen each day. We see each child as competent, curious, and full of desire to discover and learn. Our goal is to develop and adapt our environment based on children's needs. To ensure the quality of our program, we use pedagogical documentation, reflection, discussions, and professional development.
