Optalmica Solna opens in October – we're looking for 2–3 nurses for our new surgical operations Do you want to be part of building a new specialist eye care clinic from the ground up? In October, Optalmica is opening a brand new clinic in Solna. With a major assignment and continued expansion, we are now seeking 2–3 nurses who want to join us on our journey and contribute to creating an operation characterized by quality, patient safety, and job satisfaction. We welcome applications from you who are: Registered Nurse Operating Room Nurse Ophthalmic Nurse About the Position The position is primarily based in our operating room where you will be a central part of the team providing surgical care to patients. Your responsibilities will include: Care of patients before, during, and after surgery Assisting in ophthalmic surgical procedures Sterile technique and handling of operating room equipment Ensuring high patient safety and quality of care Collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia personnel, and other staff members As an employee at a newly opened clinic, you will also have a unique opportunity to influence work methods, procedures, and the development of the operation.
