We are now seeking a licensed psychologist with CBT training and a strong interest in child and adolescent psychiatry. BUP Sollentuna is a specialist unit for children and adolescents aged 0–17 years with moderate to severe psychiatric issues. At our clinic, a multidisciplinary team works together consisting of psychologists, social workers, doctors, nurses, and medical secretaries. We work according to BUP Stockholm's process maps for assessment, evaluation, and treatment. The largest patient group consists of children and adolescents with anxiety and depression. In addition to this core mission, the clinic also specializes in treatment with FBT and TF-CBT. We are therefore seeking psychologists with an interest in FBT and TF-CBT who want to work with us. The clinic is located close to Sollentuna centrum with several transportation options and only 16 minutes by commuter train from Centralen. Duties Your main responsibilities will be child and adolescent psychiatric work in outpatient care, primarily consisting of child psychiatric diagnosis and psychological treatment. Neuropsychiatric evaluations may also occur. We are seeking a psychologist with an interest in – and preferably experience with – trauma-related conditions and PTSD, as well as eating disorder issues. Qualifications You must be a licensed psychologist with a CBT focus. It is an advantage if you have experience in child and adolescent psychiatry within specialist care, trauma treatment, or eating disorder care. For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Health Care Area: - background checks are applied before employment decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks in recruitment. - employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee health examination, according to applicable directives, which is conducted by occupational health services before employment. - in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required.
