Täby Centrum Doktorn has approximately 22,000 registered patients. The health center is located at Esplanaden 11, adjacent to Täby centrum. The psychosocial team - First Line Adults - currently consists of three licensed healthcare counselors, two licensed psychotherapists, and one rehabilitation coordinator. We work in pleasant facilities at Kemistvägen 10 in Täby, where First Line for Children & Youth also has its office. Our immediate supervisor is the operations manager for Täby Centrum Doktorn, Gustaf Allerstrand. We are seeking an experienced new colleague with at least level 1 competency, preferably CBT. Additional qualifications include knowledge of other psychotherapeutic methods such as ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), MCT (Metacognitive Therapy), CPT (Compassion-Focused Therapy), PDT (Psychodynamic Psychotherapy). If you can provide talk therapy in languages other than Swedish, this is valued. You will work with adult primary care patients aged 18 and above with mild to moderate issues. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' problems, providing psychological treatment, and psychosocial therapeutic work. You need to have a strong ability to work independently as well as to collaborate with your team and other colleagues at the health center, and with external partners. As a person, you are attentive, flexible, unpretentious, and contribute to a positive atmosphere and development of our operations. External supervision is available.
