Golf Companion Needed – Seeking Patient, Golf-Enthusiastic Individual

We are looking for a golf-enthusiastic and engaged companion for a person with LSS affiliation. The position encompasses approximately 10 hours per week, year-round, and is ideal for you if you enjoy golf, activities, and building a safe and positive relationship with another person. About the Position During golf season, a significant portion of your time will consist of playing golf. Golf is currently played at a golf club north of Stockholm, though the club may change in the future. It would be beneficial if you play golf yourself and could perhaps motivate the person to play at the club where you are a member. During fall and winter, activities will be adapted to weather and season. This could include meeting up, doing various activities, or doing something else the person enjoys. We prefer that companionship primarily takes place on weekends, or alternatively by agreement with the residential facility where the person lives. Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking someone who: Is golf-enthusiastic and preferably plays yourself. Has patience and is calm, reliable, and attentive. Enjoys motivating and encouraging others. Is responsible and dependable. Has a genuine interest in creating a good and meaningful leisure time for another person. It is a merit if you have previously worked with people with disabilities or have experience in LSS activities. Most importantly, you are someone who can build a trusting relationship and has the patience to adapt activities to the person's needs and circumstances. Employment The position is an hourly employment of approximately 10 hours per week year-round. Recruitment is initially handled by us. Subsequently, employment is arranged through a municipality, provided the municipality has approved the arrangement and the candidate. Does This Sound Interesting?
