About the job: As a Lab Assistant, you are a valued team member, and you play an important role in ensuring that laboratory work is performed smoothly and safely. The work will also include: Preparation of laboratory equipment Sample handling Data collection Analysis and reporting Safety and protocol compliance Equipment maintenance Preparation of laboratory procedures Inventory management What we are looking for: We are looking for you with a high school education, preferably with a focus on natural sciences. Experience with laboratory work and knowledge of GMP are merits. The role requires accuracy, organization, and flexibility. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues, which requires good teamwork skills and a willingness to contribute where needed. A humble and responsible approach is important, as is the ability to handle periods with higher work intensity. Good communication skills are a requirement, both within your own work group and in contact with other departments. A positive attitude and the ability to work systematically with changes in daily work are highly valued. Great importance will be placed on personal qualities, and very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement. What can ManpowerGroup offer you?
