We are looking for Lead Electricians for Electrical Installation! Now we are seeking you who want to work as a Lead Electrician and be part of Harju Elekter's expansion journey in Västerås. Here you get the chance to work in newly built and bright facilities with large communal spaces. Some of your areas of responsibility: You will perform installation of medium voltage switchgear, low voltage equipment, control cabinets, and general electrical work in the technical houses we produce. You perform self-inspections and quality control according to our internal procedures. As an installation electrician, you will also work on developing processes and procedures for both installation and testing. Stay updated on our manufacturers' and subcontractors' products. Get the opportunity to work on various projects where you are responsible for the project's quality and delivery of complete technical houses with technical installations. Who are you? We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills, who is thorough and solution-focused. You should feel confident taking command and leading the work and team forward. You enjoy working toward common goals and find it important to meet deadlines and maintain high quality in your work. You have knowledge of Swedish and English. To succeed in this role, you need to have the following experience: At least 3 years of experience with switchgear and general electrical installation You should have experience from a similar industry previously Experience reading and understanding electrical schematics Meritorious qualifications: Education in electrical, construction, engineering, or equivalent Forklift and overhead crane certifications About us: Harju Elekter is on a growth journey, which means there are excellent development and earnings opportunities for the right person.
