Harry Carlsson has been on Gotland since the 1960s and is today Elon's largest store in Sweden. We offer a comprehensive range of appliances, TV, HiFi and consumer electronics, as well as Gotland's largest showroom of kitchens and laundry rooms in all price ranges. As an exclusive retailer on the island for premium brands such as Bora and Jura, we offer our customers both quality and service. We deliver and install everything we sell. Our store has 15 engaged employees who together create a positive work environment where customer focus and professionalism are central. About the role As store manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations and are a key person in the business. This is an operational leadership role where you work closely with the team, customers, and the business. You thrive in a fast pace, have energy and drive, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. You are responsible for ensuring the business runs efficiently and profitably while leading and developing your employees. To succeed in this role, you need to appreciate structure and order while being flexible and able to adapt both your approach and priorities based on customer and business needs.
