Your Responsibilities In this role you will support students in teaching situations based on individual needs and accommodations. You will create a safe and inclusive school environment where you contribute to a clear, structured, and predictable learning environment. You will work for students' development of communication, social interaction, and independence while preventing and managing situations that may create stress or anxiety in students. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is a teacher student, childcare provider, student assistant, resource pedagogue, or has relevant pedagogical experience. You are confident, clear, and relationship-building. It is important to have great patience, a solution-focused approach, and the ability to adapt your interaction based on the student's needs.
