You now have the opportunity to help shape our new rector's area comprising the schools in Kinnarp, Vartofta, and Åsarp! We have formed a new F-6 unit with strong collaboration between the three schools, and this position is located at Vartoftaskolan where we are now planning to launch a Flex Group.
What are we looking for in you?
You are a teacher/special education teacher, preferably with experience teaching younger elementary school students. You should have excellent collaboration skills and be flexible in finding solutions through cooperation to enhance student learning development. The position includes both teaching and special education tasks, as well as helping to establish and run the school's flex group.
We focus on safety and a conducive learning environment, and as a teacher/special education teacher you will be an important piece of the puzzle in systematic quality work and creating an inclusive education for all students. You are part of the student support team. Your expertise is valuable in preventive work, assessment activities, and overall planning for students in the flex group.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
