Watch the film about how Götene became the world's most famous Swedish municipality In Götene Municipality there are six primary schools with a total of approximately 1,400 students: five F-6 schools and one 7-9 school. The municipality has four town centers with Götene as the central location. There are F-6 schools in all town centers. We work from a holistic perspective, from preschool through grade 9 with a focus on high results and ensuring that children/students thrive and feel good. The municipality is engaged in active development work in preschools and schools, including after-school care. Description Liljestensskolan is Götene Municipality's facility for all students in grades 7-9 with approximately 400 students and 50 staff members. Our natural starting point is that all school staff work with the student's needs in focus. Every student should develop according to their conditions and thereby progress as far as possible. We are seeking YOU, a certified teacher who wants to develop and be challenged alongside Liljestensskolan's positive and driven staff. Duties Your main tasks are to support and challenge students in their knowledge development toward established goals, working together with colleagues in team structures and subject areas. In addition to planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction, you work with your colleagues to develop the school based on prioritized development areas. The work also includes mentoring responsibilities. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach Swedish (and possibly another subject) for grades 7-9. You have excellent ability to build strong relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues and contribute to students' academic and social development in a committed way. You see opportunities to work across subjects in collaboration with others. You reflect on and analyze your own instruction as a natural part of your professional practice, and you view collaborative learning as a given in your practice.
