About the Position
Strong relationships with students and colleagues are key success factors for us – all students should feel secure and have their voices heard! As a teacher, you work together with your colleagues to inspire, stimulate, set expectations, and enable every student to develop according to their abilities and achieve good results. The position includes teaching textile crafts to students in grades 3–9 as well as in adapted primary school. Mentorship is part of the role. You are well-grounded in current curriculum guidelines and work intentionally with student influence and participation. Your work is based on a scientific foundation where you are responsible for ensuring the school works toward established goals and drives pedagogical development forward.

We are looking for someone with teacher certification and experience teaching in the aforementioned grades and school settings. In your work, you have a clear student focus, recognize student competence, are engaged in pedagogical development work, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You have solid knowledge in the subject you teach. With your drive and dedication, you inspire your students. You are clear, goal-oriented, and believe it's important to maintain good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. In your work, you are positive and engaged, have strong collaboration skills, and feel comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
About the Employment
Before employment with us, we will ask you to provide an extract from the Swedish Police's Criminal Record Register. The extract we require is for "Work in the school system" and you will need to request it yourself, which you can find on the police website: Arbete inom skolväsendet | Polismyndigheten
Once you receive your extract, you present it to the recruiting manager. The fastest way to get your extract is to use the e-service and order it online with BankID.
You will also need to bring a passport or national ID card issued by police to the interview.
Tolvåkerskolan 7-9 in Löddeköpinge is a secondary school that shares facilities with Tolvåkerskolan F-6 and an adapted primary school 1-9.
