Kungsholmens västra gymnasium is centrally located on Campus Konradsberg on Kungsholmen. The school is popular and has approximately 1060 students. The school offers studies in the Economics Program with a focus on Economics and Law, the Natural Sciences Program with a focus on Natural Sciences, the Care and Social Services Program, and the Social Sciences Program with a focus on Behavioral Science and Social Sciences.

Your role
We are looking for a dedicated, certified, and qualified teacher for instruction in Swedish as a Second Language who can provide our students with the best conditions to reach their goals.
This position is 20% and is a fixed-term employment for school year 26-27.
Teaching is on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Qualifications
You must be a qualified and certified upper secondary teacher with experience in pedagogical work with young people. As a person, it is important that you are responsible, proactive, and empathetic. You should have an easy way of motivating students and be a clear leader who creates good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You look after each student's needs and have the ability to meet them based on their individual knowledge level. You are also curious about continuously developing your teaching and enjoy reflecting on methods and pedagogy with your colleagues. It is important that you are a clear leader in the classroom and that you are a relationship builder. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
