JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Swedish as a Second Language teacher is on parental leave, and we are therefore seeking you to work as a substitute with us. In your role as a teacher, you work to motivate and inspire your students toward development and learning, and support them in their social and academic development.
You plan, implement, and follow up on instruction with a formative approach and adapt your planning based on student needs, development, and results. Through clear and secure leadership, you create an accessible learning environment where students are involved in both instruction and planning. We use Vklass as our digital learning platform for communication and documentation. Mentoring is part of the position.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking you as a certified teacher for grades 7–9 in Swedish as a Second Language with experience in instruction and assessment. You have strong digital skills and see digital tools as a natural part of both instruction and documentation. You communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are calm and stable and have the ability to create a safe and structured environment where all students have the opportunity to succeed. We also see that you are curious and want to develop in your work. You have the ability to create engagement in the classroom and can motivate students to learn through your creative abilities.
You enjoy contributing ideas and new ways of thinking to move the organization forward. If you also have strong ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues, we look forward to your application!
