Rudbeck is Sollentuna Municipality's upper secondary school. The school is located next to Edsviken and the beautiful Edsberg Park, about twelve miles north of Stockholm. Responsibilities
As a Swedish and English teacher at Rudbeck's upper secondary school, you play an important role in creating conditions for students to succeed, both in their studies and in their personal development. You primarily teach students within the school's AST program (autism spectrum condition), where teaching takes place in smaller groups and is characterized by individualized instruction, structure, and close pedagogical support. By planning, implementing, and following up on your teaching, you create an accessible and inspiring environment where all students are given the opportunity to develop.
In this role, you combine your pedagogical mission with strong relationship-building work. You become a safe and important adult in the students' daily lives and support them in both their knowledge development and challenges that may arise during the school day. The position also includes mentorship, where you work closely with students, collaborate with guardians, and when needed, external agencies.
Together with your colleagues, you contribute to an inclusive and developmental school environment. You become part of an engaged team characterized by collaboration, exchange of experience, and a shared commitment to giving each student the best conditions to succeed.

Requirements
Teacher certification in Swedish.
Teacher certification in English.
Meritorious
Previous experience working with students with autism spectrum condition.
Mentorship experience with students with diagnoses within the autism spectrum at the upper secondary school level.
