Then this might be the right opportunity for you! Your new job As a teacher with us, you teach Swedish and one additional subject in the Introduction Program (IM) and/or a national program. As a subject teacher, you have a central role in students' knowledge development. Your assignment includes teaching where you plan, conduct and evaluate lessons. You are also responsible for grading in accordance with applicable curriculum documents. You actively work to create a safe, inclusive and motivating learning environment where every student is given the conditions to develop as far as possible based on their goals and circumstances. An important part of the position is to support and guide students in the Introduction Program, both in their knowledge development and on their path toward upper secondary school graduation, further studies or work. You work closely with colleagues in teams, student support services and other professionals to create favorable conditions for students' learning and well-being. Mentorship is included in the position, which means you have a special responsibility to monitor students' academic results, attendance and well-being, as well as maintaining close contact with guardians and other important people around the student. At Njudungsgymnasiet, collaboration and joint planning occur continuously with colleagues in program teams and subject teams. You participate in subject teams to further develop subject teaching and in program teams to develop the program. About you We are looking for someone who is either a certified upper secondary or middle school teacher with eligibility primarily in Swedish. It is also positive if you have eligibility in one of the social sciences subjects. As a teaching teacher with us, you have a great interest in motivating and engaging students. You work to create the best possible conditions for students to reach their goals. You have a good ability to build trust and maintain good relationships in diverse teaching. Collaboration and joint planning occur continuously with colleagues, teams and the entire school, as we strive to gain a holistic perspective on students' knowledge development and needs. Meeting each student from a relational perspective and having high, reasonable expectations for each individual are fundamental principles that are important to us. You should be familiar with working with ICT, as we work through digital learning platforms such as Haldor and Edlevo.
