The school, a 102-year-old building, is centrally located in the heart of Arlöv, right next to the Medborgarhuset. The position is permanent and starts as soon as possible or by agreement. The position includes mentorship duties. You work with clear daily structure, visual support, and with the planning and flexibility that students need. You plan content and activities based on curriculum documents and student needs. QUALIFICATIONS You are a certified teacher with broad expertise. You are flexible and collaborate easily with your closest colleagues and other professionals. You are solution-focused and contribute to the organization with a salutogenic perspective. You see each situation with the child as a unique learning opportunity.
