Are you passionate about individuals?
Working as a teacher at Klara Teoretiska Gymnasium means being part of a school that truly sees and places the student at the center. We call it "edyoucation" – an approach that focuses on theoretical knowledge and developing students' personal skills, social competence, and emotional intelligence. As a teacher with us, you have the opportunity to be a key player in this development, where your contribution helps motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.
What we're looking for
We are seeking a certified teacher qualified to teach social studies and Swedish. This position also includes teaching a course in Aesthetic Communication. We value someone who is goal-oriented, has strong pedagogical skills, and can inspire and engage our students in learning based on their different backgrounds and can vary your teaching methods. Furthermore, you easily build trusting relationships with students and have experience with parent communication. You value close collaboration with colleagues and are receptive to others' knowledge. This means you always strive to develop your teaching and contribute to collegial learning. At KLARA, we are convinced that safe, encouraging, and direct communication is the foundation for a positive learning environment. We also believe that your work is not just about conveying knowledge, but about helping each student navigate life with confidence and responsibility. Here you coach students through their studies and motivate them for what the future has to offer.

Being part of our team means you work in an environment that prioritizes both your development and that of our students. We offer a safe and supportive work environment where your ideas and creativity are highly valued.
