Short commute distance from Enköping and Västerås to the school. The workplace consists of approximately 35 employees. 1 position(s). DUTIES You will work as a teacher in our studio program where work is led by our special educator. Studio program work involves teaching in small groups or one-on-one with students. It may also involve meeting students in the morning and transitioning them into the school day. You collaborate closely with your colleagues in the studio as well as with classroom teachers. You plan individualized approaches for students and carefully monitor their progress. Often your work involves close collaboration with families. You have a "whole day" perspective, which means you work at the after-school program after the school day ends on certain days. QUALIFICATIONS Qualified licensed elementary school teacher, special education teacher, or special educator. You are self-directed and take responsibility for your tasks while being a natural team player. You adapt easily to changing circumstances. You see opportunities in changes and can quickly adjust your perspective and approach based on what the situation requires. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
