About Us
Fridaskolan Helsingborg was founded in 2021 and is located in the completely renovated facilities of the former Norrhedskolans. Around 500 students study here from preschool class through grade 9. We are a young school with strong community, creative learning environments, and high ambitions for our students' development.

Your Role
As an after-school teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up instruction in the after-school program in accordance with the curriculum. You create a safe, stimulating, and developmental environment where students have space for both recovery and challenge.
You are a safe and clear adult in students' daily lives. Through play, creative activities, and shared experiences, you strengthen students' ability to collaborate, manage conflicts, express their thoughts, and take responsibility. You capture students' interests and translate them into instruction and activities that engage and develop.
You work closely with colleagues in both the after-school program and school. Together you create a coherent experience in students' days and share responsibility for their learning, safety, and development.
You will also be an important part of our continued development work within Fridafritids, where we together highlight strengths, share good examples, and develop the after-school program's pedagogical mission. In contact with guardians, you contribute to trustful relationships and strong community around the students.
We Are Looking for You if You
are a certified after-school teacher,
are a safe and clear leader in student groups,
have a good ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians,
are engaged and curious and want to contribute to the after-school program's development,
take responsibility for instruction and can plan, structure, and follow up your work,
enjoyed collaborating and contributing to a shared direction.
It is advantageous if you have a few years of experience working in an after-school program or developing after-school instruction.

The Position
Scope: 100% indefinite, we apply a 6-month probationary employment for all positions.
