JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a teacher in after-school care, you are responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and developing instruction in the after-school program in accordance with Lgr22 (chapters 1, 2, and 4) and the Education Act. Your responsibilities also include ensuring the after-school program's work to stimulate students' development and learning, as well as offering meaningful leisure time that promotes safety, participation, and social community. The school's mandatory instruction and the after-school program's activities should together form a whole.
Together with colleagues, you create meaningful and enjoyable recess periods, collaborate with a teaching colleague during the school day, and create conditions for an after-school program characterized by happy, curious children, varied activities, and a sense of safety where everyone feels welcome.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you if you:
• Are a certified teacher with a specialization in after-school care.
• Have experience teaching in an after-school program.
• Have very good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish.
It is advantageous if you have experience leading after-school development or serving as a team leader for the after-school program.
We are looking for someone with pedagogical skills and structured work methods. You are communicative and collaboration-oriented. It is important to you to create good and trustworthy relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are flexible and adapt easily to the current situation. You are a stable person with a calm demeanor, are constructive, and act professionally in pressured situations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
