Lina grundskola is an F-9 school with approximately 310 students where learning is at the center. Curiosity, good relationships, high expectations, and safety are a given. Your responsibilities This position involves helping to launch a completely new adapted primary school at Lina grundskola. As a teacher for after-school programs, you will be an important part in building a safe, accessible, and developing program based on students' individual needs and conditions. As a teacher for after-school programs, you will help organize a learning, developing, and meaningful after-school experience for students. The work involves planning, implementing, and developing the pedagogical work, both independently and together with colleagues in your team. - Create an after-school program that is accessible to all students by using various resources, materials, and working methods based on students' needs. - During school hours, teach students in certain PREST subjects. - Participate in planning and collaboration with teaching staff and other colleagues. - Be responsible for and contribute to break activities that promote safety, participation, and social development. - Help develop routines and working methods in connection with the launch of the adapted primary school at Lina grundskola. We are looking for you who: - are a certified teacher for after-school programs with a specialization in crafts, home economics, or music. - have experience with children ages 6-12 years - are well versed in all parts of the curriculum and other relevant governing documents - are well familiar with digital tools that you use creatively in teaching as well as for your own planning, follow-up, and documentation. - have a good command of the Swedish language in speech and writing. Personal qualities: As a person, you are responsive to students' needs, clear, respectful, and have the ability to collaborate and build relationships with both our students, parents, and colleagues. You take initiative and easily adapt to changing circumstances. The position requires that you can communicate clearly and that you plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. We want you to have the ability to adapt your teaching and activities so that students succeed based on their conditions. You should be flexible and have the ability to adjust when facing new situations. Requirements: - We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for after-school programs with a specialization in crafts, home economics, or music. Meritorious qualifications: - You are familiar with the school's and after-school program's mission and can run the program based on the curriculum and our governing documents. - You have experience working in adapted primary school or in a KÖSU group. - Good skills in digital tools, both as a tool in teaching and as an aid for students. - Knowledge of AAC and sign language as support.
