JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a teacher in the after-school program at Källtorpskolan's adapted primary school, you will be responsible for ensuring that the after-school program is designed in accordance with school law, curriculum, and other national and municipal regulations. In the after-school program, together with student assistants at the school, you will offer students meaningful leisure time by taking into account their needs, interests, and experiences, while also continuously challenging students further and inspiring new discoveries. In your teaching, you will work to promote students' imagination, empathy, and ability to learn together with others through play, movement, and creative expression using aesthetic forms, as well as exploratory and practical working methods. The assignment also involves supporting students in the adapted primary school throughout the school day, particularly in the afternoons, and performing various learning activities with the student, in collaboration with student assistants and teachers. You will work closely with teachers, special education teachers, student assistants, student welfare teams, and external professionals to create a holistic perspective on the student's learning, development, and well-being. You will build and maintain trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment, and actively participate in the school's development work, contributing to strengthening the quality of educational activities.
